What payment methods can I use at the fair?
Credit card, GrabPay, and Atome if you would rather split it into smaller payments. Our team at the counter can walk you through the full list on the day.
How soon will my delivery arrive?
We prioritise orders placed at the fair and get them out as soon as we can. Delivery time depends on the model, so your sales rep will confirm the exact timing for the piece you choose before you commit.
Can I take my furniture home on the day?
Not on the day, everything at the fair is delivered. Nothing goes out off the showroom floor, so the piece that arrives at your place is a fresh one rather than the one a hundred people have sat on. The only thing you carry home that day is your door gift.
How do the free TV, digital lock and water purifier work?
They stack as you spend, so you are never picking one over another. The free TV comes with selected promotional items and your sales rep will point out which ones. Spend $1,000 and the digital lock is added, $1,500 adds the water purifier, and from $3,500 you also get a Spin & Win. Reach a tier and you keep everything under it.
How does Spin & Win work?
Spend $3,500 and you get a turn at the prize wheel. It scales with the order, so $7,000 is two spins and $10,500 is three. Doing more than one room in a single order is the easiest way to stack them up.
Are those the same as the free door gift?
No, they are separate. The door gift is for the first 250 RSVP guests whether you buy anything or not. The TV, digital lock, water purifier and Spin & Win are tied to what you spend on the day.
Do I get the door gift on the day?
Yes. Come down, say hello at the RSVP counter, and your free door gift is yours to take home. It is for the first 250 guests and there is nothing to buy.
What if I need to change or cancel my slot?
No problem at all. Slots just help us plan how many of us are on the floor, they are not a hard booking. Come at whatever time suits you and let us know at the RSVP counter, and we will sort it out for you.
Can I bring my kids and family?
Please do, bring the whole family. We would love to have you all, and it is a lot easier to pick a sofa when everyone who sits on it has had a turn.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking on site at 3 Changi South Lane. If you would rather not drive, we are about a 5 to 7 minute walk from the bus stops on Changi South Avenue 1.
