Mattress Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage & Duration

All mattresses are covered under the company’s limited mattress warranty, in accordance with the terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.
Warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing defects and is subject to verification by our service team.

Warranty Period

  • All mattresses come with a 10-year or 15-year limited warranty, depending on the model purchased.
  • First 12 months from delivery date:
A full 1-to-1 exchange will be provided free of charge (FOC) for eligible warranty issues.
  • From the 13th month onward:
Warranty claims will follow a depreciation-based replacement calculation, plus applicable service fees.

2. What’s Covered Under Warranty

The warranty covers the following manufacturing defects:

  • Mattress sinking beyond acceptable tolerance
  • Spring defects or spring malfunctions

All issues must be verified and confirmed through physical inspection by our authorised servicing team before any warranty action is taken.

3. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Bed bug infestations
  • Normal wear and tear from regular usage
  • Stains, dirt, or soiling
  • Misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance
  • Any other issues not deemed to be manufacturing defects

Any unclear or special cases will be reviewed and resolved at the company’s discretion.

4. Mattress Depreciation & Replacement Cost Policy

(Applicable from the 13th month onward)

If a mattress qualifies for replacement under warranty after the first 12 months, a depreciation-based usage charge will be applied.

Step 1: Determine Usage Period

  • Identify the original delivery date.
  • Subtract the first 12 months (fully covered).
  • The remaining months will be used to calculate depreciation.

Step 2: Monthly Depreciation Calculation (Sample)

  • Mattress Value: $1,999.00
  • Warranty Period: 10 years (120 months)
  • Yearly Depreciation: $1,999 ÷ 10 = $199.90
  • Monthly Depreciation: $199.90 ÷ 12 ≈ $17.00 (rounded up)

Step 3: Usage Charge

  • Monthly depreciation × months used beyond the first year
    Example: 10 months × $17.00 = $170.00

Step 4: GST (9%)

  • $170.00 × 9% = $15.30

Step 5: Additional Fees

  • Transportation & labour fee: $80.00
  • GST rate: 9% (effective 2025)

Step 6: Total Payable (Sample)

  • Item Amount Mattress usage charge :$170.00
  • GST (9%): $15.30
  • Transportation & labour: $80.00

Total payable$265.30

Customers will be notified with a full cost breakdown and must provide confirmation before proceeding.

5. Discontinued Mattress Models

In the event that a mattress model has been discontinued and no stock is available:

  • The service team will be unable to replace or further service the same model.
  • This applies even if the mattress is still within the warranty period, as replacement is strictly subject to product availability.

6. Alternative Resolution – Change of Model (Including Discontinued Models)

If the original model is unavailable, customers may opt to change to another mattress model, subject to the following:

  • The request must be handled by a salesperson.
  • Customers may visit any showroom or contact their assigned salesperson for professional advice.
  • The salesperson will recommend suitable alternative models based on availability and customer needs.

7. Price Difference & Charges for Model Exchange

  • If the selected mattress is priced higher than the original mattress, the customer is required to top up the price difference.
  • If the selected mattress is of equal or lower value, applicable terms will be advised by the sales team.
  • Any depreciation charges, transport fees, GST, or other applicable costs will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation.
  • All exchanges are subject to the original purchase terms and company warranty policy.

8. General Terms & Conditions

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by the service team.
  • The company reserves the right to amend or update this policy in accordance with regulatory, operational, or business requirements.
  • This policy is to be read together with the full mattress warranty terms and conditions available on the company website.
