This website is an informational, Price-On-Asking (POA) catalogue of our furniture range across our four Singapore showrooms — it does not process online orders or payments. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, actual colours, textures, finishes and materials may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and natural variation in materials such as wood and leather. All products shown on this website are Price On Asking (POA) — no prices are published online. Please contact us by WhatsApp or email, or visit a showroom, for a current quotation. Product availability, specifications and promotions are subject to change without notice, and Nova Furnishing reserves the right to discontinue any product at its discretion.

4. Enquiries and Orders

This website does not process purchases. All orders are placed, and payment collected, directly with our sales team — in a showroom, or by arrangement over WhatsApp, phone or email. An order is only confirmed once accepted by Nova Furnishing and payment has been received. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation, returns, exchanges and warranty claims are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Warranty Policy. Furniture purchased from us is intended for personal or household use, not for resale.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates provided by our team are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, building access restrictions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any damage or defect promptly, in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product photography, graphics, logos and page designs — is owned by Nova Furnishing or its licensors and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws.
