Terms & Conditions:

  1. Lucky Draw period: 1st August 2008 – 31st December 2008.

  2. Only the first 10,000 customers will be qualified for the draw.

  3. The Draw is exclusive to customer who purchase $200 and above worth of furniture at any Nova Furnishing retail outlets.

  4. 50% deposit of the furniture purchased must be paid in order to qualify for the draw.

  5. Staffs (and families) of Nova Furnishing Centre Pte Ltd, participating outlets and their advertising/printing agencies are not eligible to enter the draws.

  6. Nova Furnishing reserves the right to substitute all prizes to that or equivalent value.

  7. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

  8. Nova Furnishing reserves the right to replace any qualifier and/or winner subsequently found to be disqualified.

  9. All winners will be notified via post.

  10. The prize is considered claimed when the winner / authorized personnel signs on the Acknowledgment form.

  11. Nova Furnishing will not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages suffered as a result of the redemption or consumption of any prize.

  12. For publicity purposes, Nova Furnishing reserves the right to use name and picture/ photographs of the winner(S) in print advertisement without prior notice, or otherwise engage the winners in any form of publicity to Nova Furnishing.

  13. Nova Furnishing reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its own discretion without prior notice.

  14. Winners must produce his/her I/C during collection of the prizes.

  15. Prizes are not exchangeable and/ or transferable.

  16. Features and specifications of Chevrolet Aveo5 are subject to changes. Prize does not include COE, road taxes, Radio License, (IU), Registration Fee and Insurance.

  17. Features and specifications of 10D Turkey Trip is not inclusive of airport-tax. All terms & conditions in relations to this sponsorship will be reflected in our prize-winner voucher.

  18. Winners who are unable to be present during the Prize Giving Ceremony must collect their prize within 1 week from the date of the draw from Nova Furnishing Centre Management Office, No 7 Bukit Batok St 22. Failing which the prizes will be donated to a charity organization.

  19. Nova Furnishing Centre Pte Ltd decision is final. No complaints or claims whatsoever will be entertained.

  20. The Lucky Draw out date for participation is 6th January 2009.
